Picking up where our musings on Sargent last left off, this hybrid of our best selling Sargent & Slim Slouch dungarees manages to hit all the right places with a comfortable, broken in feel. With a slightly lower rise than Sargent, this high rise pant features a gusset, back yoke, large patch pockets and straight leg with knee reinforcement. Made in an entirely analog, small town factory in TN, by the same team of talented seamstresses who used to make Levi’s & Carhartt pre-NAFTA; every aspect of this pant is hand cut & sewn. En route to our farm coast shop/studio, this dungaree made a quick stop outside NYC where a team of wash whiz kids perfected an eco-friendly softening wash, which we favor to not destroy garments, and to use less energy & waste.

• 12 oz., washed/preshrunk black denim with natural fill from Cone’s White Oak Mill; the last of its kind—truly, we cannot make this again! Super hard to photograph, but the color is more greyscale than you find with black denim with black fill. Ages into a really lovely, earthy, stronewashed, black coloration. Available in a 28 and 30 inch inseam.

• 14 oz washed/preshrunk Vidalia mills selvage black denim with black fill. This is the first selvedge denim made in the US since Cone’s White Oak Mill shuttered & made with the same Draper X3 selvedge looms. Located in Louisiana, Vidalia both grows and mills certified sustainable American cotton. Each roll of denim produced can be traced straight back to the American farm it was grown on. Available in both a 28 and 30 inch inseam. Even though it’s 14 oz, it’s super soft and easy to wear.

• 14 oz, washed/preshrunk Vidalia Mills selvage denim, the first selvedge denim made in the US since Cone’s White Oak Mill shuttered & made with the same Draper X3 selvedge looms. Located in Louisiana, Vidalia both grows and mills certified sustainable American cotton. Each roll of denim produced can be traced straight back to the American farm it was grown on.
